Happy Trails Aquatics is a sub-tropical paradise. We are a family-owned and operated fish farm and aquatic plant nursery. We offer a beautiful selection of fish and plants for your water garden or pond. Happy Trails Aquatics is a eighteen acre fish and aquatic plant farm located in Venus, Florida in South Central Florida which is zone 9. We are close to Fish Eating Creek and thirty minutes from the great Bass-fishing Lake Okeechobee. It is geographically located at the bottom of the Lake Wales Ridge, surrounded by wetlands and Oak Hammocks. There is an abundance of animals, birds, fish and plant life. On our farm we raise a variety of fish including Japanese Koi Carp, tropical fish, and Mosquito Fish for mosquito control. Using Mosquito Fish for each pond we stock controls mosquitoes without the use of pesticides.

Image of an Angel's Trumpet blossom. We are producers of many exotic and unusual plants. Heliconias, Angel Trumpets, Elephant Ears and Cana Lilies are typical of the plants we grow. Water lilies and many species of marginal bog plants grow alongside our 33 ponds.

Happy Trails Aquatics specializes in aquascaping ponds for private housing developments, golf courses, retention ponds, or water gardens. We wholesale directly from our farm to everyone including county officials, home owners associations, and the general public.
